By accessing or using syntrexio.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Syntrex LLC ("Syntrex," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Services

Syntrex provides AI automation, website development, ecommerce, and digital services for businesses. The Site provides information about our services, a contact form for inquiries, and an AI chatbot (SYN) for answering questions. All project work is governed by separate agreements (Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work) signed before work begins. The Site itself does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

AI chatbot disclaimer

SYN, our AI chatbot, provides general information about Syntrex's services and pricing. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic) and may not always be accurate or complete. Chatbot responses do not constitute professional advice, a binding quote, or a contractual commitment. For official pricing and project details, contact us directly at henry@syntrexio.com.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Syntrex LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without written permission. For client work: you own all deliverables outright once the project is complete and final payment is made. No ongoing licenses, no subscriptions, no strings attached.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form or chatbot
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site for commercial use without permission

Syntrex does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
