Syntrex LLC ("Syntrex," "we," "us") is an AI automation and digital services company headquartered at 513 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use syntrexio.com and our services.
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, you submit your first name, last name, email address, company or business type, website (optional), and a message describing your needs. This information is sent to Formspree, our form processing provider, and forwarded to us by email.
Chatbot conversations. When you interact with SYN, our AI chatbot, your messages are sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate responses. Anthropic processes these messages according to their own privacy policy. We do not store chat transcripts beyond the duration of your browser session.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, approximate location, and referral source. GA4 sets cookies on your device to track sessions. This data is processed by Google and is used to understand how visitors use our site.
We use information you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and deliver our services. We use analytics data to understand site traffic, improve our content, and measure the effectiveness of our pages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
